Products
We sell canvas prints based on original artworks by Martin Zalesny. Product images are intended to represent the artwork and framing as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens and printed output.

Sizes, frame options and prices are those displayed on the relevant product page at the time of ordering.

Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully authorised or received.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, a payment problem, suspected fraud, or where we are unable to supply the product. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency presented to you on the store. Applicable taxes are included where the store indicates that they are included. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before checkout is completed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery is free to the UK and EU. Other destinations are charged at the applicable rate shown at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property
All artwork, images, text and other creative content on this store remain the intellectual property of Martin Zalesny or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Governing rights
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
